About Us
We're a Texas family with Midwest roots. Brendan and Miriam grew up in Michigan, but ended up at the University of Texas for grad school. After moving to DC for the jobs, we realized we really belonged in Austin, so here we are! We love the food, the weather, and most of all the people down here.
The family member you're likely to see most of is Worf, the dog. He enjoys sunning himself even on the hottest days, and is always eager to meet new friends. He will definitely greet you enthusiastically. He will also follow up you upstairs or to the gate, but if you just tell him to stay out (or in), he will.
